You don't. Location Intelligence maps do not require any special software beyond what you currently use to browse the internet. If you are reading this page, you already have all the software you need to access your map.
• Our data is constantly changing. How do you keep our Location Intelligence maps up-to-date?
The data on a Location Intelligence map can be updated daily, weekly, monthly or whenever you like; just email your changes to JIMAPCO and we'll take care of loading it onto your map
• What if our business needs change?
Your Location Intelligence maps are customized to reflect your business needs; they can change as your needs change
• What if we only want certain people to have access to our Location Intelligence maps?
Your Location Intelligence maps can have different levels of privacy - some maps can be public, others can be password protected and housed on a secure server. The people having access is left entirely up to you; we will set up your preferences for you.
• Where does the spreadsheet or database information come from?
Data can come from nearly any source. JIMAPCO has access to thousands of public information datasets compiled by the Census Bureau and other public sources. Additionally, your internal data - your spreadsheets, your databases - can be layered onto the Location Intelligence maps to show a picture of your business
